• Crash logs and diagnostic data (if enabled)
• Purchase and subscription status for LoveLog Pro (to unlock Pro features on your device)

We do not sell your personal information or use your relationship content for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide app functionality
• Store and organize relationship memories
• Generate reminders and insights
• Enable backup and restore features (if you choose to use them)
• Improve app performance and reliability
• Provide customer support
• Verify LoveLog Pro purchases and subscription status with Apple or Google

3. Data Storage & Security

LoveLog is designed with privacy-first principles. Your personal data is stored locally on your device whenever possible.

• Photos and videos in the vault are encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
• Protected content may be kept separate from your device gallery where supported
• Passcode and biometric authentication may be used to secure access
• Disguised lock options help protect against unauthorized access
• Emergency data wipe features are available to users

4. Cloud Backup & Restore

If you choose to use encrypted cloud backup features (LoveLog Pro), your data may be securely stored on third-party cloud infrastructure. Backup data is encrypted before transmission and storage. We cannot access or read your encrypted backup content without your credentials.

Cloud backup is optional and off by default unless you enable it.

5. Media Access

LoveLog may request access to your device camera, photos, and storage so you can:

• Add profile photos
• Store memory photos and videos
• Import or export encrypted backups

You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time.

6. Notifications

LoveLog may send reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, gifts, and other dates you set. Pro users may also use stealth-style notifications designed to reduce sensitive information on the lock screen. You can disable notifications at any time through device settings or app settings.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

LoveLog Pro is available as:

• Auto-renewable monthly subscription
• Auto-renewable yearly subscription
• One-time lifetime purchase (non-consumable)

Payment and subscription management are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card or banking details.

For subscription plans:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store or Play Store account settings

We receive purchase confirmation from the store only to unlock Pro features on your device.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may use trusted third-party services such as:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (in-app purchases and subscriptions)
• Firebase (e.g. analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration — where enabled)
• Cloud storage providers (only if you enable encrypted backup)

These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies separately.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may disclose information only:

• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect user safety and app security
• With your explicit consent

LoveLog is not a social network. Your entries are not published or visible to other users.

10. Data Retention

Your information remains stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the application. You can erase all app data using the built-in data deletion tools. If you use cloud backup, you may delete backup data according to the backup features provided in the app.

11. Children's Privacy

LoveLog is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your data (stored on your device)
• Export your data (including encrypted backup export where available)
• Delete your data
• Disable backups and notifications
• Request assistance regarding privacy concerns

Because most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it directly in the app at any time.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the app and at:
